Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data. This action is immediate and irreversible.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Scroll to "Delete Account" (fourth option down, highlighted bright red).
- Tap it and confirm the prompt.
This permanently deletes:
- Your account profile and login info
- All check-ins (arenas, leagues, teams)
- All chirps/comments
- All cheers/likes
- All uploaded photos
- Location history from check-ins
- Favorite leagues, preferences, settings
- Friends list and connections
Warning: Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone. All data is removed from our servers. No recovery possible.
Alternative: Email Request
If you can't access the app:
- Email support@mysportspassport.app from your registered email.
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your username/email and state: "I request full deletion of my account and all associated data."
We process within 7–30 days and confirm via email.
Partial Deletion (Self-Service)
Delete individual items yourself in the app:
- Your own check-ins
- Your own comments/chirps
- Uploaded photos from check-ins
Use edit/delete options on your content.
