Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data. This action is immediate and irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

  1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings).
  3. Scroll to "Delete Account" (fourth option down, highlighted bright red).
  4. Tap it and confirm the prompt.

This permanently deletes:

Warning: Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone. All data is removed from our servers. No recovery possible.

Alternative: Email Request

If you can't access the app:

  1. Email support@mysportspassport.app from your registered email.
  2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include your username/email and state: "I request full deletion of my account and all associated data."

We process within 7–30 days and confirm via email.

Partial Deletion (Self-Service)

Delete individual items yourself in the app:

Use edit/delete options on your content.
