You can delete specific data items yourself directly in the app. No support request needed for most things.
Self-Service Deletion (Available Now)
Delete individual items anytime:
- Check-ins: Tap the delete button next to any of your check-ins.
- Comments/Chirps: Tap the delete button next to any of your comments.
- Likes/Cheers: Tap the delete button next to any of your likes/cheers.
- Photos: Tap the delete button next to any photo you uploaded in a check-in.
Deletions are immediate and permanent for that item. The data is removed from our servers right away.
Note: Deleting individual items does not delete your entire account or other data. Use the full account deletion if you want everything gone (see
Delete Account page).
Email Request for Other Data
If you need to delete something not covered by the self-service buttons (e.g., profile info, friends list, or bulk deletion):
- Email support@mysportspassport.app from your registered email.
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your username/email and exactly what to delete (e.g., "all check-ins before 2025", "specific photo IDs", "clear location history").
We process requests within 7–30 days and confirm via email.
