These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Sports Passport mobile application ("App"), provided by Troy Kirk ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Certain features require creating an account via email/password or third-party sign-in (Google, Apple, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@mysportspassport.app.
The App is free to download with a 3-day free trial of full access. After the trial, continued use requires a monthly subscription (currently $3.99 USD or local equivalent). Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. We do not collect or store payment information. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store settings. No refunds for partial months or unused trial periods.
You may create check-ins (arenas, leagues, teams attended), post comments, upload up to 3 photos per check-in, and interact with friends. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the App. You agree not to post illegal, harmful, infringing, harassing, or offensive content. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion. You are responsible for your content and conduct.
The App uses your device's location to enable check-ins, display nearby arenas, and provide personalized recommendations. You can manage location permissions in your device settings. Location data is collected only when you actively use these features.
You agree not to: misuse the App, harass or impersonate others, spam, reverse engineer, interfere with functionality, or violate any laws. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The App, its design, code, logos, and non-user content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and may notify you in-app or via email for significant updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
